1. What we use

At this stage, TheOrangeCove may use essential cookies or similar technologies (including browser localStorage and session storage) required for authentication, security, and Platform functionality. Additional analytics or marketing technologies may be added later with appropriate notices where required.

2. Categories

Essential / authentication: keep you signed in, maintain your session, and protect against cross-site request forgery.
Security: detect abusive behaviour, rate-limit sensitive endpoints, and preserve audit integrity.
Preferences: remember minor UI choices you make in the Platform.

We do not currently deploy third-party advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing technologies in the future, we will update this notice and, where required, ask for consent.

3. Third-party processors

Essential platform functionality relies on infrastructure providers (hosting, database, authentication, email delivery). Where those providers set technical cookies to operate their services, they do so on our behalf and only to deliver Platform functionality.

4. Managing cookies

Most browsers let you view, delete, or block cookies from their settings menu. Blocking essential cookies may prevent you from signing in or using core functionality of the Platform.
